Dark comedy about a man waking up with a hangover, finds a bag with money in his bathtub and tries to find out where the bag came from while dealing with his crazy family, the mob, his nervous book agent, government officials and a suspicious character driving up and down his street while trying to impress the beautiful woman next door.
